Turning Machine Operator:

Hello sir, I am running a CNC turning machine, after turn on the machine and CNC, the X axis will move rapidly to positive direction for a distance, and the there is alarm on X axis driver.

Or when I move the X axis by manual or MPG slowly, the X axis will move rapidly too.

Sometimes we can move the carriage to the minimum position by hand when the power is off, and then restart the machine, the problem will be gone for a while, what should we do with this? Thank you for your help.

The servo driver's PA1 parameter could be not matching the servo motor, please check the motor model and change the PA1 parameter of the driver accordingly, then must restore the EXW parameter of the driver, the problem shall be solved.
