The stepper driver DY3E alarms every dozens of workpieces, the red light of the stepper driver is on, check the stepper motor but it is fine.

Then check the stepper driver and found the current switches SW4 and SW6 were set off, this means the stepper driver only use 40% of full current, this is the reason caused the stepper driver not able to run the stepper motor full load, so the stepper driver is in fever then alarm.

Set the current switches SW4 and SW6 on the problem solved.
