FANUC Spindle 750 Alarms and Servo SV5136 Alarms

FANUC Spindle 750 Alarms and Servo SV5136 Alarms

Spindle 750 Alarm and Servo SV5136 Alarm

If the above alarms appear when power is turned on. Generally, the LEDs of the power module, spindle amplifier, and servo amplifier have no display. Please check whether the power module PSM CX1A plug 200V input, if the 200V input is normal, replace the power module PSM control board.FANUC common no alarm information troubleshooting

Alarm 1750.

This is caused by the spindle servo module not reaching its normal startup state when power is applied to the serial spindle system. In this case, the specific cause of the fault can be determined using the alarm status displayed by diagnostic number 409 in the diagnostic function.

2SV5136 Alarm

If the SV5136 alarm appears:

(1) Check whether the control power supply 24V of each servo amplifier SVM is normal and whether the LED has a display. If the LED does not have a display and the 24V power input is normal, determine that the servo amplifier has a fault.

(2) If the LED has a display, check whether the FSSB fiber optic cable interface COP10A and COP10B down one of the fiber optic ports are illuminated, if not, it can be judged that the amplifier is faulty.

(3) Check whether the FSSB fiber optic cable connecting the servo amplifier and the system axis card is faulty. (The way to check is to use a flashlight to shine on one end of the fiber optic cable, if the other end of the two fiber optic ports are emitting light to confirm that the fiber optic cable is normal, otherwise it is not normal).

(4) Confirm whether the parameters have been changed and restore the original parameters of the machine.

SV5136 (FSSB: Insufficient number of amplifiers)

2SV5136 Handling

Alarm cause: The number of servo amplifiers recognized on the FSSB is insufficient in relation to the number of axes to be controlled. fssb: insufficient number of amplifiers

Troubleshooting ideas:

1
FSSB setting screen

Display the amplifier setting screen of the FSSB setting screen when an alarm occurs. Only the servo amplifiers recognized on the FSSB are displayed.

2
Fiber optic cable or servo amplifier point

It is possible that the fiber optic cable connecting the last recognized amplifier to the following amplifier is defective. It may also be due to a bad amplifier at either end of that fiber optic cable connection. Also, check the power supply for that amplifier.

3
Abnormal power supply to the servo amplifier

This alarm also occurs if there is an abnormality in the power supply inside the servo amplifier. A power supply abnormality occurs when, in addition to a decrease in the amplifier control power supply voltage, the +5V contactor of the pulse encoder cable, for example, is grounded.

4
Axis control card

This may be due to a defective axis control card mounted on the CNC side.
