Mitsubishi PLC to control GS2075T-NP1

User: We tried to use Mitsubishi PLC to control GS2075T-NP1 servo driver with pulse signal, the motor keep running after connecting them togeter and turn on the power, then we tried to disconnect the "+" signal cable, the motor can run foreward and backward, could tell us why?

On the other hand, could you tell us how to calculate the electronic gear ratio for the AC servo driver? For example, the lead is 10MM, pulse equivalent is 0.01mm, servo motor is 2500p/r, we tried to calculate according to the user manual, but never success.

CNCmakers Support: Please make sure the paramter No.4 and No.14, the working moods are set correctly. To calculate the electronic gear ratio = encoder lines * 4 / 1000
