Hi, the lathe of ours is installed with GSK980TD CNC controller, now the chuck is not able to execute M12/M13 command, what could be wrong?

Please kindly set GSK980TD parameter No.164 to select SLSP effective, and set parameter No.168 to select inner chuck or outer chuck according to your lathe machine.
