How to use GSK986 CNC for ball screw grinding




Workpieces are clamped to complete grinding;
 
According to the requirements of the customer's drawings, write the process program to process the gradual section first (saving processing time), and then process the total length processing, divided into rough grinding and fine grinding, and the batch consistency is better;
 
With automatic grinding wheel and automatic compensation function;
 
Menu interface input;
 
After power off or other operations when the workpiece is half processed, run the program again to follow the last processed position (or the previous position);
 
The system has a torque feedback alarm function.

Configure user-defined picture parameter interface picture parameter input;
 
The center frame is used to grind long workpieces to reduce vibration and deformation;
 
Using CNC three-axis grinding wheel feed axis (X axis), workpiece rotation axis (C axis), length axis (Z axis) interpolation linkage, to achieve the gradual processing of screw diameter;
 
The macro variable value is used to memorize the processing position, and the variable value is recalled the next time the program is executed.
