GSK 980TDi Turning CNC

The existing large lathes are ordinary machine tools with low processing efficiency and need to be replaced by CNC lathes;

Compared with the new CNC machine, the old machine transformation is the price of one-third of the purchase of the new machine;

It is planned to gradually complete the numerical control transformation of existing equipment in the plant.

The machine tool grinding rail is coated with a plastic scraper to restore geometric accuracy;

X/Z axis modified ball screw feed mechanism;

Add a four-station electric knife holder;

Add hydraulic valve to control the main shaft reversing and braking;

Redesign and install the whole machine protection;

Configure the GSK980TDi CNC system.

After the machine tool is rebuilt, the new machine accuracy inspection standard is met to meet the processing requirements of the parts;

At present, this customer has transformed 5 machine tools.
