Danfoss inverter alarm Alarm 13 over-current fault

1. Peripheral reasons, such as mechanical jamming or motor star-delta connection error, just solve the peripheral problems;
2. There is indeed a reason for the overload of the load, such as the mismatch between the inverter and the motor;
3. The motor parameter setting is wrong, you need to check the parameters 1-20 to 1-25, and set the correct motor nameplate value;
4. The acceleration and deceleration time is relatively short, and the acceleration and deceleration time of the inverter should be extended appropriately;
5. The alarm value of the current limit has been modified, just set the correct current limit value;
6. If the torque is not enough at startup, you can change the motor control mode to U/F and set an appropriate U/F curve;
7. Hardware damage, multiple hardware failures of the inverter may cause A13 alarm, which needs to be repaired according to the hardware detection results;
8. In the FC51 series inverter, if the output phase is missing, it will alarm A13. This kind of reason indicates that the inverter is damaged, and a professional organization is required to inspect and repair it.
