AC servo driver alarms Err13 means it is overloaded.

Causes:

1-      One of the U, V or W open circuit.

2-      AC servo driver is not matched with the AC servo motor.

3-      The torque of the AC servo motor is not big enough.

4-      AC servo driver is broken.

Solutions:

1-      Check the cables.

2-      No.1 parameter of the AC servo driver is match with the AC servo driver or not? If not please set it right then recovery the default parameters.

3-      Check machine load, is it too heavy?

4-      Reduce the start and stop frequency, or increase the acceleration-deceleration time constant.

5-      Replace a bigger AC servo motor & driver.

6-      Send back the AC servo driver to repair.
