Dear sir, there are 1265 alarm on GSK980TC3 CNC lathe controller, the drivers are GL200-F, what's wrong?

CNCmakers Support:

Alarm 1265 means Chuck detects abnormal.

And the setting K11.2=1 means it requires to connect detecting switch for the chuck.

Did you connect the detecting switches for the chuck clamp and unclamp?

If not, then please set K11.2=0.

COM should be connect to 24V.

The solenoids are not allowed to connect to the CNC output directly, there should be relays between them, the voltages supply should not come from the CNC, or there will be interference.

X1.1 for chuck clamp in position.

X1.2 for chuck unclamp in position.

If you do have chuck detecting switches, then please make sure they are connected properly.

Alarm 1205 = A0.5

Alarm 1206 = A0.6
